Zorlu Energy reported that the energy supply has returned to normal in Gaziantep

Zorlu Energy reported that activities returned to normal as of Sunday, February 19 in Gaziantep, where natural gas supply was interrupted due to the earthquake.

In the statement made by the company, it was stated that natural gas reached Gaziantep’s Pressure Reducing Station on February 10.

In the statement, it was noted that the leak scanning controls and natural gas supply works in the city were completed and the activities returned to normal as of Sunday, February 19, the following information was included:

As Gazdas Gaziantep Natural Gas Distribution Company, with the support of other distribution companies, our meter reading company and interior installation companies, with a team of 300 people and 170 vehicles, natural gas supply have been provided to the entire network and buildings, following the tests and security measures taken on a pipeline of approximately 4 thousand kilometers across the province. Citizens who could not be found in their homes during the gas control checks were informed that they can apply to start the gas purchase process for their residences via the Zorlu Enerji website, with a note and SMS message left at their door.’​
