In Turkiye, 312 thousand 339 real estate sales transactions were carried out in August, and ₺5 billion 109 million 465 thousand 415 title deed fee income was obtained.
According to the data of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, 312 thousand 339 real estate sales transactions were made in August.
₺5 billion 109 million 465 thousand 415 title deed fee income was obtained from these sales transactions.
119 thousand 547 of the transactions were residences, 55 thousand 570 were land, 101 thousand 104 were fields, 11 thousand 758 were workplaces and the rest were the sale of other immovable properties.
The transactions recorded in August increased by 13% compared to the month of July, when 275 thousand 556 real estate sales were made.
The province where the most real estate was sold was Istanbul with 29,992.
Ankara with 18 thousand 622 sales, İzmir with 13 thousand 68, Konya with 11 thousand 486, Bursa with 10 thousand 978, Antalya with 9 thousand 569, Tekirdağ with 8 thousand 251, Gaziantep with 8 thousand 36, Balıkesir with 7 thousand 934, and Mersin with 6 thousand 975.
