3rd Bulgarian-Turkish Trade Summit Set to Take Place in Bansko on June 7-8

The highly anticipated 3rd Bulgarian-Turkish Trade Summit is scheduled to convene in Bansko on June 7-8, drawing the participation of nearly 300 business leaders. Among the distinguished attendees are Bulgarian Deputy Minister of Innovation and Growth, Krasimir Yakimov, and Turkish Ambassador to Sofia, Mehmet Sait Uyanık.

Diplomatic Representation: High-Level Officials to Attend

Initiated by the Bulgarian-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BULTİŞAD) and DEIK Turkiye-Bulgaria Business Council, the Bansko Summit aims to foster trade relations between Turkiye and Bulgaria. This year marks the third edition of the event, which will be held in Bansko, Bulgaria, with an anticipated turnout of around 300 delegates from both countries.

Business Opportunities: Thematic Panels and Sector-Specific Matchmaking Sessions Offer Insight and Collaboration

The summit, organized under the banner of the Bulgarian-Turkish Trade Summit, is supported by various institutions including BULTİŞAD, DEIK, the Turkish Embassy in Sofia, the Bulgarian SME Agency, the Bulgarian Investment Agency, and the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Bansko ski resort, the summit will feature keynote addresses by Bulgarian Deputy Minister Krasimir Yakimov and representatives from investment and trade development bodies of both nations. Turkish Ambassador Mehmet Sait Uyanık will also grace the occasion with his presence.

In addition to informative sessions highlighting cooperation opportunities in Bulgaria, thematic panels will be conducted during the summit. Sector-specific matchmaking sessions will provide companies operating in diverse sectors such as automotive spare parts, construction materials, machinery, IT, and tourism with the opportunity to showcase their products and services through exhibition stands.
