According to the results of the passenger experience survey conducted by the Airports Council International (ACI World) and travel technology company Amadeus, Istanbul Airport was among the best airports in the world.
Within the scope of the ASQ program created by ACI World, in the survey conducted with 465 thousand people worldwide in 2022, the passengers using the airports were asked about factors such as check-in, ease of navigation, cleanliness, shopping and dining.
Only Istanbul Airport from Turkiye is among the 10 airports that host more than 40 million passengers annually.
Istanbul Airport was also chosen as one of the most enjoyable and cleanest airports in the world.
The awards, determined by passenger evaluations by ACI World, will be given to their owners at the ceremony to be held as part of the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit in Incheon, South Korea on September 4-7, 2023.
