Construction cost index increased by 1.03% on a monthly basis and 52.99% on an annual basis in April.
Turkish Statistical Institute announced the construction cost index data for April.
Accordingly, the index increased by 1.03% in April compared to the previous month and by 52.99% annually.
On a monthly basis, the material index increased by 1.37% and the labor index increased by 0.185. On an annual basis, the material index increased by 39.8% and the labor index increased by 102.72%.
Building construction cost index increased by 0.91% in April compared to the previous month and by 54.55% compared to the same month of the previous year. In April, compared to the previous month, the material index increased by 1.21% and the labor index increased by 0.18%. Compared to the same month of the previous year, the material index increased by 41.14% and the labor index increased by 103.02%.
The construction cost index for non-building structures increased by 1.46% in April compared to the previous month and by 48.01% compared to the same month of the previous year. Compared to the previous month, the material index increased by 1.89% and the labor index increased by 0.21%. Compared to the same month of the previous year, the material index increased by 35.67% and the labor index increased by 101.61%.
