Many companies in our country continue their investments in electric vehicle charging units. Mustafa Yilmaz, head of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA), made important statements about the companies that obtained electric vehicle charging licenses.
According to the information shared by Mustafa Yilmaz, there are currently 4,498 electric vehicle charging points in our country. 898 of 4,498 electric vehicle charging points serve as fast charging points, and the remaining 3,600 as slow charging points.
Another important information Yilmaz shared was about companies working on electric charging units. According to the data Yilmaz announced, 124 companies in our country obtained the necessary license to establish electric charging stations throughout Turkiye.
Electric charging stations have become a rapidly growing market both in our country and around the world. It will not be a surprise that studies and investments on electric charging stations will increase in the coming period.
