The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT) made a period profit of ₺72 billion 21.9 million in 2022.
The balance sheet of the CBRT for the 91st fiscal year, which ended on December 31, 2022, was published in today’s issue of the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, as of the end of last year, the bank’s total assets amounted to ₺3 trillion 575 billion 62.7 million. In this period, the bank’s gold holding was ₺857 billion 249.5 million.
As of the end of last year, the bank’s reserve fund amounted to ₺7 billion 799.5 million.
With these results, the profit of the bank in 2022 was ₺72 billion 21.9 million. The bank had a period profit of ₺57 billion 483.2 million in 2021.
