Banking Supervision and Regulatory Board (BRSA) gave permission to Turkiye Emlak Participation Bank to establish a credit and debit card system.
The BRSA’s decision was published in today’s issue of the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, the bank was given permission to establish a credit and debit card system, to issue cards according to this system and to enter into member business agreements.
The decisions in question were taken in accordance with the Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law No. 5464.
