Regarding his meeting with Saudi Arabian Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Harif, Minister Bolat said, “We will sign a memorandum of understanding in the coming days, especially for cooperation in the field of our export strategies and sectoral partnerships.”
Trade Minister Omer Bolat shared on the social media platform regarding the issue.
Noting that they met with El-Harif and his delegation at the ministry, Bolat made the following assessment:
“We will implement a strong plan to increase mutual trade between Saudi Arabia and Turkiye, and especially our mutual investments in the manufacturing sector. In this context, we will also sign a memorandum of understanding for cooperation, especially in the field of our export strategies and sectoral partnerships.”
Bolat noted that with this cooperation, which will be built after President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s visit to Jeddah last month, they will continue to work together to ensure that Turkish companies get more shares from the projects in Saudi Arabia within the framework of the Saudi Arabian National Industry and Mining Strategy and the “Saudi 2030 Vision”.
