The important names of the vehicle market announced that the aim of the project is to establish 30,000 charging points in North America through the Combined Charging System (CCS) and the North American Charging Standard (NACS).
The formation, which wants to establish charging stations that EV owners living in America can easily access, stated that the installation of charging stations will be located in the city and near the motorway.
Big Companies Will Act Jointly in EV Charging Centre
Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Honda, General Motors, General Motors, Hyundai,Kia and Stellantis NV in the group want to create their own Tesla Supercharger stations with this merger.
Charging stations will be located in busy locations with facilities such as toilets, catering and retail sales. The merger is expected to open its first stations in the summer of 2024.
