Garanti BBVA launches end-to-end digital auto loan

The digital auto loan developed by the bank for its corporate and sole proprietorship customers and offering an end-to-end digital experience can be accessed via Garanti BBVA Mobile and its website.

Garanti BBVA, in cooperation with Renault and Dacia, launched an end-to-end digital auto loan for tradesmen, SMEs and commercial companies.

According to the statement made by Garanti BBVA, the bank supports the increasing automotive sales in digital channels with digital auto loans. The digital auto loan developed by the bank for its corporate and sole proprietorship customers and offering an end-to-end digital experience can be accessed via Garanti BBVA Mobile and its website. The digital auto loan is valid for Renault and Dacia brand vehicle sales.

Koray Oztopcu, Garanti BBVA Consumer Finance Director, whose views are included in the statement, noted that the digitalization of payment and credit systems has become necessary with the change in global vehicle sales models.

Emphasizing that they offer the digital auto loan product to the use of legal and individual companies that want to speed up their business processes and power production, Oztopcu said, “The digital auto loan we have designed in accordance with changing customer expectations; It offers the opportunity to carry out all transactions such as using credit, establishing a contract and collateral structure, digitally.

As such, the digital auto loan, which is a first in our sector in terms of process, will primarily be valid for Renault and Dacia brand zero kilometer vehicle sales. We aim to offer more options to our customers in the near future.
