KocSistem’s e-Archive, e-Invoice, e-Delivery Note, e-Ledger, e-Ledger Storage and e-SMM solutions and the copyrights of these solutions will now belong to Logo Yazilim.
With the notification published in KAP on February 9, we received signals that the software source codes and copyrights owned by KocSistem in the field of e-transformation services would be transferred to Logo Yazilim. According to what was shared, the transaction in question would take place after receiving the unconditional permission of the Competition Board. Today, the necessary permissions were obtained from the Competition Authority.
Accordingly, the e-Archive, e-Invoice, e-Delivery Note, e-Ledger, e-Ledger Storage and e-SMM solutions owned by KocSistem and the copyrights of these solutions will now belong to Logo Yazilim. Although the financial details of the agreement in question are not clear, Logo Yazilim said, “This transaction is aimed to add an additional e-solution to the solution portfolio of our eLogo eService platform and to provide strategic and financial benefit to our Company with the potential to contribute to the existing customer portfolio.”
Let’s look at what these e-transformation solutions are. e-Archive service provides document archiving and storage services in electronic environment, enabling documents created on paper to be transferred to the digital environment; e-Invoice, on the other hand, is a solution that covers invoice transactions that are issued, sent and stored electronically instead of paper invoices.
While e-Delivery Note is an electronic document system that records the delivery of goods electronically and makes commercial transactions traceable digitally, it is possible to say that e-Ledger is a solution that allows accounting records to be kept electronically. e-Ledger Storage, a service that ensures that electronic books are kept securely for the legal period and accessible when necessary; e-SMM, on the other hand, can be defined as an electronic document solution that allows freelancers to arrange and receive their service fees electronically.
