Limak Insaat won the Antalya-Alanya Highway Project for ₺76.7 billion

The tender for the Antalya-Alanya Highway Project, which will be carried out by the General Directorate of Highways (KGM) of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (UDH), was held today.

Another tender was held with the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, which caused a huge black hole in Turkiye’s economy, with the “sealed bidding procedure among all bidders”.

“Three companies submitted bids for the tender for the 122-kilometer highway between Antalya and Alanya: Limak Insaat, Makimsan – Caba Insaat and Celikler Taahhut – YSE Yapi.”

Limak Insaat offered ₺76 billion 698 million 550 thousand 561 and 69 kurus, excluding VAT.

Makimsan – Caba Insaat’s offer was ₺77 billion 66 million 18 thousand 945 and 8 kurus.

Celikler Taahhut – YSE Yapi, on the other hand, offered ₺107 billion 42 million 659 thousand 551 and 50 kurus, excluding VAT.

Thus, Limak Insaat won the tender with a difference of ₺367 million 468 thousand 384 TL and 61 kurus.

TOTAL LENGTH OF THE HIGHWAY IS 122 KILOMETERS

Antalya-Alanya Highway has 84 kilometers of 2×3 lane highway and 38 kilometers of 2×2 lane connection road. The total length was reported to be 122 kilometers. Within the scope of the project, the highway, which has 7 junctions, 8 tunnels and 19 viaducts, passes through Serik, Manavgat and Alanya districts.

The project aims to develop regional tourism, shorten travel time, reduce economic losses such as fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance and repair expenses.
