Minister Uraloglu met with his Iranian counterpart

Minister Uraloglu met with Iranian Minister of Roads and Urbanization Mehrdad Bazrpash and his accompanying delegation.

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloglu, in his statement regarding the meeting at the ministry building, pointed out the terrorist attacks in Iran’s Kerman province.

Minister Uraloglu said, “We learned with sadness that Iranian citizens died in two explosions that took place in Iran today. I offer my condolences. I pray for God’s mercy. I wish a speedy recovery to the injured. Our expectation, wish and effort is to ensure trust in our geography.”

“New collaborations were discussed”

Stating that they evaluated new collaborations and potential projects in the field of transportation between the two countries at the meeting, Uraloglu emphasized that they made decisions to continue international trade between Turkiye and Iran and to develop relations with the friendly and brother country Iran.

Guest Minister Bazrpash also thanked Uraloglu for his hospitality during the inter-delegation meeting where road, railway and air transportation issues were discussed.

Abdulkadir Uraloglu presented a vase with Ottoman and Seljuk motifs to his Iranian counterpart.
