Turkish Airlines (THY) has taken a new step to strengthen the passenger experience through the New Distribution Capability (NDC) application, which promises to make the entire travel process from reservation to flight seamless and personalized.
According to the statement made by THY Press Consultancy, NDC, an industry standard developed by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), allows airline companies to transmit rich content and more customized offers directly to travel agencies and third-party platforms.
With NDC, THY promises to provide passengers with access to a wider range of fare options, additional services and personalized travel packages, making their journeys more flexible and tailored to their preferences. With NDC integration, passengers will be able to enjoy a more personalized booking experience by accessing a wider range of services and fare options to suit their preferences.
The application will allow passengers to have the most up-to-date information, allowing real-time updates on flight status, fares and ancillary services.

THY Deputy General Manager of Marketing and Sales, Ahmet Olmustur, whose views were included in the statement, stated that they are working to offer their guests a privileged experience at every stage of their travels.
