Roketsan is showcasing its solutions in Malaysia

In a statement from the company, it was announced that DSA 2024, which is only open to industry professionals, is hosting its participants in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, from May 6th to 9th. Roketsan is participating in DSA 2024 with its latest technology systems tailored to the region’s needs, with 1,200 companies from 60 countries and over 400 delegations from 45 countries expected to attend.

Roketsan aims to increase its exports to Malaysia and the region, which is one of Turkey’s most important partners.

Murat İkinci, General Manager of Roketsan, stated in the statement that the company’s developed products have proven their success in many parts of the world, saying, “While competing with global giants in this field, our products stand out from our competitors in terms of both quality, performance, and price.”.

İkinci, who stated that they can meet all the needs of the Malaysian Armed Forces, one of the most powerful armies in the region, with their developed rocket, missile, and weapon systems, said:

“Participation in the DSA fair is of great importance for discussing existing opportunities to meet the needs of the Malaysian Armed Forces and other friendly and allied armies in the region and to take our collaborations to a higher level. Today, considering the geographical location of the region, we see that naval defense warfare holds strategic importance. Our company Roketsan meets an important need of the region with its state-of-the-art products developed in this field.”

At DSA 2024, Roketsan is showcasing its short-range anti-tank weapon system KARAOK, which is ready to be added to the inventory of the Malaysian Armed Forces, as well as the ship-to-ship missile ATMACA and the cruise missile Çakır for naval defense warfare, laser-guided missile CİRİT for anti-tank systems, long and medium-range anti-tank missiles UMTAS and OMTAS.

Among the exhibited products are the air defense missile system SUNGUR, medium-range air defense missile HİSAR-O, long-range air defense missile system SİPER, and the national vertical launch system MİDLAS, as well as the mini smart ammunition family MAM-C, MAM-L, MAM-T, TRLG-230 missile for land systems, BORA weapon system, and ALKA directed energy weapon system.
