On the basis of consumer prices, the highest price increase in November was seen in butter with 13.63%, and the highest price decrease was seen in fresh fruits with 4.96%.
According to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data, the price increase in butter last month was followed by canned or processed vegetables and vegetable-containing products with 11.94%, and fresh milk with 10.30%.
Among the other products whose prices increased the most in November were cigarettes with 10.02%, cheese with 9.94%, and dried vegetables with 9.77%.
Last month, the biggest price decrease was in fresh fruits with 4.96%. This was followed by other large household appliances with 3.19%, small electrical household appliances with 2.26%, intercity passenger transportation by road with 2.25%, and children’s clothing with 1.72%.
