The Central Bank of Turkiye reserves amounted to 126.3 billion dollars

The total reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) decreased by 2 billion 162 million dollars to 126 billion 284 million dollars in the week ending April 19 compared to the previous week.

CBRT announced its weekly money and banking statistics.

According to the data, as of April 19, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank decreased by 2 billion 989 million dollars to 67 billion 11 million dollars. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of 70 billion dollars on April 9.

During this period, gold reserves increased by 827 million dollars, rising from 58 billion 446 million dollars to 59 billion 273 million dollars.

Thus, the total reserves of the Central Bank decreased by 2 billion 162 million dollars to 126 billion 284 million dollars from 128 billion 446 million dollars in the week ending April 19 compared to the previous week.
