Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT) Governor Hafize Gaye Erkan will hold an information meeting on Thursday, February 8, to introduce the “Inflation Report 2024-I”.
According to the announcement made by the CBRT, the meeting to be held at the bank’s administrative center in Ankara will start at 10.30 with the presentation of Governor Erkan.
Erkan will then answer questions from members of the press and economists.
The meeting, which will be held in a physical environment, will be broadcast live on the bank’s website as well as on the official X social media platform and YouTube accounts.
In the CBRT’s last Inflation Report last year, inflation was predicted to be 65% for the end of 2023 and 36% for the end of 2024.
