The duration of the Turkish Petroleum Corporation’s (TPAO) oil operating license in Adiyaman and Sanliurfa has been extended until February 1, 2031.
The announcement of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs, was published in today’s issue of the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, TPAO’s oil operation license in Adiyaman and Sanliurfa was extended until February 1, 2031, taking into account the current reserve status of the field, annual production amounts, and investment and production program.
It has been decided that the remaining legal time will be used upon request based on the results of the production and development activities to be carried out in the field.
