Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) put Royal ve Atlas Hali and Nakpilsa Commercial and Economic Integrity up for sale with an estimated price of ₺1.8 billion.
According to the announcement made on TMSF’s website, “Royal ve Atlas Hali Commercial and Economic Integrity” and “Nakpilsa Commercial and Economic Integrity”, which is created from the goods, rights and assets and contracts allocated to the Nakpilsa business belonging to “Naksan Plastic and Energy Industry and Trade Inc.” and decided to be sold, will be tendered.
Offers must be made by November 28
In the tenders, whose estimated value is determined as ₺1.8 billion, sealed envelope and auction methods will be applied together. In order to participate in the tender, a guarantee of ₺180 million must be deposited and a bid must be made until 16:00 on November 28.
The tender will be held on November 29 at 11:00 at the SDIF building in Esentepe.
