The minimum wage tariff for next year in customs consultancy and authorized customs consultancy has been announced.
The Communiqué on Amendments to the Communiqué on the Customs Consultancy and Authorized Customs Consultancy Minimum Wage Tariff prepared by the Ministry of Commerce was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, customs consultancy minimum wages will be between ₺30 and ₺7 thousand 590 as of January 1, 2024, when the notification will come into force.
The authorized customs consultancy minimum wage tariff will be applied between ₺570 and ₺189 thousand 720.
On the other hand, the approved person status certificate and the approved exporter authority, which are within the scope of the implementation principles regarding the minimum wage tariff, have been abolished. In addition, if the total consultancy fee exceeds ₺44 thousand 85, the amount of the excess will be determined by the agreement of the parties.
