30 thousand plaques will be printed to be used on the exteriors of residences for tourism purposes.
With the Regulation on the Regulation of the Activities of Renting Houses for Tourism Purposes prepared by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, it was obligatory to hang a plaque at the entrance of the houses rented for tourism purposes with the phrase “housing for tourism purposes” prepared by the Ministry and stating that the house was subject to the inspection of the ministry.
Within the scope of the regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 28 December 2023, an announcement was made by the Central Directorate of Revolving Fund Enterprise of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the printing of the plaque whose size and shape are shown in the technical specifications.
Accordingly, a tender will be held for the purchase of plaque printing materials to be used on the exteriors of tourism facilities and residences for tourism purposes.
The tender, where the most economically advantageous offer will be determined solely on the basis of price, will be open to all domestic and foreign bidders.
After the bids are prepared electronically via EKAP, they will be signed with an e-signature and sent via EKAP with the e-key related to the bid until the tender date and time.
The tender, for which bids cannot be submitted as a consortium, will be held on March 25 at the Central Directorate of Revolving Fund Enterprise of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Bidders can submit their offers for the tender until this date.
Within the scope of the tender, 1200 aluminum plaques will be printed for use in tourism facilities and 30 thousand aluminum plaques will be printed for use in residences for tourism purposes.
The plaque will be elliptical and flat. Each plaque will include date, number, address and contact number information.
