The Communiqué Amending the Communiqué on the Import of Used or Refurbished Goods, prepared by the Ministry of Commerce, entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette.
The Communiqué determines the procedures and principles regarding the import permit of used or refurbished goods.
Accordingly, goods meeting the necessary conditions are allowed to be released for free circulation.
