Minister of Trade Omer Bolat stated that bilateral trade is aimed to reach $5 billion in the medium term with the entry into force of the Trade Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA) signed with Qatar.
Minister of Commerce Omer Bolat shared a post about President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s visit to Qatar on his social media account.
Bolat stated that within the scope of President Erdogan’s visit to Qatar for the second time this year, the commitment to strengthening the partnership between Turkiye and Qatar was demonstrated. “Within the framework of the EXPO 2023 Fair held in Doha, our President visited the Turkish pavilion hosted by our Ministry of Commerce. Within the scope of the meeting with the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim, bilateral trade is aimed to reach $5 billion in the medium term with the entry into force of TEPA.”
