TurkTraktor Company Leader Aykut Ozuner stated that they closed 2023 by breaking a record in production and said, “We produced 51 thousand 423 tractors in this period. In the same period, we exported 16 thousand 16 tractors and sold 35 thousand 849 to the domestic market.”
Ozuner said that the company has been a leader in the tractor market for 17 years and had a successful last year.
Stating that as TurkTraktor, they produce with a localization rate of over 90%, Ozuner said, “We closed 2023 by breaking a record in production. During this period, we produced 51 thousand 423 tractors. In the same period, we exported 16 thousand 16 tractors and sold 35 thousand 849 to the domestic market.”
Ozuner pointed out that they realized 55% of the total tractor production and 81% of tractor exports in Turkiye and said, “It was a year in which we left behind an important milestone in domestic production in terms of the construction equipment sector in which we have been operating for 10 years. As we rolled out our 1000th domestic backhoe loader, we did not neglect to increase our product diversity.”
Stating that they are working to improve their production capabilities, Ozuner explained that they continue to invest in cabin assembly as well as the modernization of Ankara and Erenler factories.
