Koc Holding invested in artificial intelligence and marketing technologies company AdCreative.ai, under the leadership of venture capital company İnventram. İnventram CEO Cem Soysal, regarding the investment, said, “The number of investments we have made in cooperation with our parent company, Koc Holding, has reached 11. With our new strategy, we focus on initiatives with high growth potential and aim to increase our share in the global market with the right investments.”
Positioning itself as Turkiye’s most established conglomerate, Koc Holding announced that it invested in France-based artificial intelligence and marketing technologies company AdCreative.ai, in the round led by its venture capital company İnventram. Financial data of the investment was not disclosed.
Sharing his evaluations on the subject, İnventram CEO Cem Soysal said, “We closely follow Software as a Service (SaaS) initiatives that have achieved success in global markets. We are happy to add AdCreative.ai, a company founded by Tufan Gok, Tarik Ince and Yusuf Kaya to develop technologies that will increase efficiency in marketing processes where competition is increasing, to our portfolio. We believe that we have taken a step in line with our company’s vision in this period when the concept of productive artificial intelligence is adapted to real-world scenarios.”
AdCreative.ai, which started operating in France in 2018, was established to offer brands and agencies the ability to create high-performance advertising materials and social media content with the support of artificial intelligence.
AdCreative.ai, which operates today with offices in Paris, Istanbul and Casablanca, was defined as the “third fastest growing product worldwide” on the G2 platform, where corporate solutions are ranked by independent user evaluations.
