In addition to its popularity, Alanya has become the favorite of foreign investors and buyers especially this year with its calmness, air, nature, sea and scenery.
Aycan Fenercioglu, Chairman of the Board of Fenercioglu Inc., which draws attention with the projects it has carried out in Alanya and many regions, said that Alanya is in the top three among the cities where foreigners buy housing in Turkey.
Aycan Fenercioglu, who underlined that Alanya is a district but has the capacity of a province, said, “The natural beauty, sea and sun of Alanya are an important factor in this regard. The other point is that the projects and residences created by the contractors are attractive to foreigners. A nice cycle has formed here. There has been a serious demand from foreigners in the construction sector in our district. The current data indicates that there will be an increase in the construction sector.”
