In the statement made by Borsa Istanbul Group, Borsa Istanbul Group took action immediately after the earthquake. In coordination with AFAD, in the provinces of Kahramanmaras, Adiyaman and Hatay, in line with the demands from the earthquake area, with the help of 5 trucks, a generator for search and rescue works, a 3-truck vehicle and equipment consisting of electric and tube heaters for the heating needs of earthquake victims, was delivered within 2 days.
In the statement, it was stated that the aid was delivered to AFAD Earthquake Coordination crisis management centers by Borsa Istanbul Group employees in the provinces of Kahramanmaras, Adiyaman and Hatay, where the greatest destruction occurred in earthquakes, and that some employees contributed to the work voluntarily in earthquake regions.
In the statement, he wished God’s mercy to the citizens who lost their lives in the earthquake, patience to their relatives and a speedy recovery to the injured.
