According to the statement made by the company, Aydem Renewable Energy continued its financial rise in the last quarter of 2022 and closed the year with an increase.

The company’s 2022 year-end consolidated financial report was announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). Accordingly, Aydem Renewable Energy’s revenue reached ₺3 billion 808 million last year, with an increase of more than 3 times compared to the previous year.

Aydem Renewable Energy increased its EBITDA to ₺3 billion 472 million, with an increase of 284% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Aydem Renewable Energy General Manager Omer Fatih Keha, whose views are included in the company statement, stated that its total assets increased by 57% compared to the end of the previous year and exceeded ₺35 billion last year, with the effect of value-added investments.

“With the 38% increase in our production compared to the same period of the previous year and the effect of the new market conditions, we achieved a net profit of ₺1 billion 18 million in 2022. As of 31 January 2022, the ratio of our net financial debt to our annual EBITDA was 2.9, as a result of the calculation in dollars. Our results in the last quarter support our financial uptrend. We completed the last quarter of 2022 with an upward trend, with the momentum we maintained throughout the year, and closed the year with a successful financial result. By the end of the year, we have reduced our debt costs by repurchasing the Eurobonds of our company with a nominal value of $49.8 million. In addition to our financial rise in 2022, we also reduced our indebtedness with our Eurobond purchases. The current amount of our ongoing Eurobond repurchases has reached $51.5 million.”
