IAS Chief Automation Officer Ibrahim Tataroglu: “We observed that our integrated solutions that we offer to our customers in different parts of the world will also find a response in South Korea and have high potential.”

While IAS Korea participated in Smart Factory & Automation World 2023, one of the biggest smart factory fairs held in South Korea, canias4.0, which offers integrated technology solutions, attracted attention at the fair.

According to the IAS statement, Industry 4.0 technologies were on the agenda at the international fair held on March 8-10 in Seoul, the capital of South Korea.

IAS Korea team also took part in the giant event with the participation of more than 500 companies with the canias4.0 stand. The IAS Korea team hosted the visitors at the canias4.0 booth, which attracted great interest from the participants.

At the fair, caniasERP, canias4.0 IoT Solutions and Industrial Application Objects (IAO) products offered by the global technology company IAS under the canias4.0 brand were introduced.

During the three-day fair, presentations were made on the solutions and services offered by IAS at the canias4.0 stand. The canias4.0 stand, which is among the most visited stands of the fair, hosted more than a thousand visitors.

After the event, Murat Karsli, Country Manager of IAS Korea, conveyed his views about the fair:

“At the SFAW fair, we introduced all the solutions needed for digital transformation under the title of ‘Smart Factory & canias4.0’. We gave information about our latest technologies and the new version of caniasERP 9.03 with our business partners Hyundai Autoever, Dfocus and EchoIT who visited our fair stand. This fair has been a good opportunity for us to increase our awareness in the Korean market and strengthen our position with the projects we have completed in recent years and our increasing country experience. We hosted more than a thousand visitors at our stand.”

‘We caught high potential opportunities’

Stating that they hosted representatives from technology giants such as Hyundai, Samsung, LG at the canias4.0 booth and that they had high potential opportunities, Karsli said, “We were surprised to meet with an integrated software that meets all the needs of factories from end to end. Today, the use of ERP and IOT solutions together has become a necessity, especially in a country like South Korea where technology use and government support are quite high, while canias4.0, which gathers all these needs under one roof, aroused great interest at the fair.

With this momentum we have achieved, it is among our primary goals to strengthen our position in the South Korean market, to initiate new projects and to obtain success stories that can serve as a reference for us in this market. In addition, we aim to grow rapidly with them by acquiring new business partners in the market.”

Emphasizing that canias4.0, which offers integrated technology solutions, meets an important need in the global market, Karsli also announced that they will gain momentum in their operations in South Korea in the future.

‘It is a great pride for us to present the technologies we have developed as IAS to South Korea’

IAS Chief Automation Officer (CAO) Ibrahim Tataroglu, whose views are included in the statement, said that it was a good experience to introduce IAS canias4.0 IoT Smart Factory solutions in South Korea, which is one of the most dynamic industrial economies in the world, to closely observe the current and potential needs of customers and to position solutions suitable for these needs.

Tataroglu said, “The country has a high consciousness of smart factory, and an understanding of continuous improvement with software and hardware solutions is established in production management. For this reason, the stand of canias4.0, which offers integrated technology solutions, attracted a great deal of attention at the fair. As a global technology company, we explained canias4.0 technology to nearly a thousand visitors and offered solutions to their problems.

It is a great honor for us to present the technologies we have developed as IAS, especially to a country like South Korea that exports technology to the whole world. Our IoT solution integrated with caniasERP, IoT Box IO and Touch IO devices attracted great attention during the fair. We have observed that our integrated solutions that we offer to our customers in different parts of the world will also find a response in South Korea and have high potential.”
