Turkish Technic has been awarded a contract to provide base maintenance services on five Boeing 777s in Emirates’ fleet.
Base maintenance on the first 777 commenced on 1 April at Turkish Technic’s Istanbul Ataturk Airport facilities. The other aircraft within the scope of the agreement will undergo base maintenance operations at these facilities in “upcoming months”, Turkish Technic said.
“We are delighted that Emirates has entrusted us with the base maintenance operations for five of their Boeing 777 aircraft,”said Turkish Technic’s CEO Mikail Akbulut.
