Founded 9 years ago in Batman Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ), the company exports fruit juice to 30 countries.
Fruit juice production started in the factory, which was established in Batman in 2014 by two entrepreneurs in an OIZ in an area of 27 thousand square meters, including 17 thousand square meters of closed and 10 thousand square meters of open area.
The company, which started exporting 5 years ago with the support provided by the state, increased the number of countries it exported to 30 over time, especially Cuba, America, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden and Japan.
The 2025 target of the company, which also produces fruit in a 4,500 decare garden in the city, is to establish a second factory and increase the number of countries it exports to 40.
Can produce 75 thousand tons of fruit juice concentrate per year
Salih Yildiz, a member of the board of directors of the company, reminded the AA correspondent that the factory was established in Batman OIZ in 2014, and said that they grow field and garden plants in a garden of 4 thousand 500 decares outside the factory.
Stating that the company has a cold storage, concentrate production facility and fruit juice factory, Yildiz stated that they can produce 75 thousand tons of fruit juice concentrate annually and 86 million liters of fruit juice annually in the fruit juice facility.
Explaining that they produce approximately 44 types of products, Yildiz stated that they also export to different countries apart from the domestic market.
Yildiz said:
“As a company from Batman, we export to 30 countries in the world. These countries include Cuba, America, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Japan, South Korea, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. We export with the quality of our products and our efforts, but on the other hand, we should not forget the support provided by the state to the exporters. The support provided by the state has contributed to our export to so many countries.”
Fresh and frozen fruit are also exported
Stating that their goal is to increase the number of countries they export to 40 next year, Yildiz stated that 125 people are employed within the company and they work in three shifts.
Stating that they also export fresh and frozen fruits in addition to fruit juice, Yildiz continued as follows:
“We also export fresh and frozen fruits to other countries. It is very difficult to export blackberries, but here we do it again with the support provided by Turkish Airlines. We send our products by cargo planes. We also send our fresh and frozen products to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Russia.”
Stating that the countries they export to attach importance to hygiene, product health and quality, Yildiz added that they are proud of producing and exporting beautiful and quality products on behalf of the country and Batman.
