Fuzul GYO started a new housing project in Avcilar

Fuzul GYO announced that it will start a new housing project in Avcilar Ispartakule.

According to the statement made by the company, Fuzul GYO signed a contract for a new housing project in Avcilar, Istanbul.

The project, which will be implemented in exchange for flats, will consist of residential and commercial units on a construction area of 156 thousand square meters on a total land area of 47 thousand square meters. The project, which will also include green areas, will have residences designed as 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1.

The shops to be included in the Fuzul GYO Avcilar project will add size, convenience, sociability and energy to the life to be created. The construction of the project will be completed 36 months after the license date.

Fuzul GYO Board Member Zeki Akbal, whose views were included in the statement, stated that, as Fuzul GYO, they are excited to offer a high value-added project to their investors.

Stating that Avcilar is one of the busiest residential areas of Istanbul, Akbal said:
