According to the statement made by Isbank, with the new structure to be established, it is planned to move to a more focused and strategic management approach with a systematic approach required by the rapid change experienced in almost every field in the world and in Turkiye.
In addition, it is aimed to increase the synergy between the subsidiaries, to manage the subsidiaries full-time and more dynamically with 100% concentration, to provide a competitive performance that increases the value in the subsidiary portfolio and maximizes profits with increased efficiency.
Contributing to many areas of the economy not only through its banking activities but also through its subsidiaries in line with its founding mission, Isbank will continue to make strategic investments and support the national economy by entering new fields of activity with the company it will establish with the same understanding.
With the structuring, which will bring about the enrichment and optimization of the subsidiary portfolio, it is aimed to create an additional strong area to increase Isbank’s return on equity and market value.
In the statement, it was stated that there will be no changes in the bank’s capital, financials and shareholding structure due to the new structuring to be realized with the partial division method through participation in the simplified procedure.
The process, which started with the authorization of the bank’s board of directors, is expected to be completed by the end of the year after the necessary approvals and permissions.
