In Turkey, 199,111 real estate sales transactions were made in January with a decrease of 54% compared to the previous month.
According to the information obtained from the officials of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, 441 thousand 429 real estate sales transactions were made in December last year.
In January, 199,111 real estate sales were made. Accordingly, there was a 54% decrease in January compared to the previous month.
Last month, $1 billion 802 million 189 thousand 253 title deed fee income was obtained from sales transactions.
83 thousand 233 of these transactions were residences, 34 thousand 850 were land, 56 thousand 127 were fields, 9 thousand 897 were workplaces and the rest were other types of real estate.
MOST SALES TRANSACTION WERE IN ISTANBUL
Istanbul ranked first among the provinces with the highest number of transactions with 24,785 sales. Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 13 thousand 469, Izmir with 11 thousand 245, Antalya with 7 thousand 982, Bursa with 7 thousand 907, Konya with 5 thousand 770, Kocaeli with 5 thousand 497 and Balikesir with 5 thousand 220.
