Residents abroad purchased $115 million worth of Treasury Bills (DİBS)

Residents abroad sold $143.4 million worth of stocks and purchased $115.1 million worth of Treasury Bills (DİBS) and $15.9 million worth of Corporate Bonds during the week ending April 19.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) published its Weekly Securities Statistics.

According to the data, residents abroad sold a net of $143.4 million worth of stocks while purchasing $115.1 million worth of Treasury Bills (DİBS) and $15.9 million worth of Corporate Bonds (ŞBS) during the week ending April 19.

As of April 9, the stock holdings of residents abroad, which were $38 billion 16.3 million, decreased to $36 billion 793.7 million by April 19.

During the same period, the Treasury Bills holdings of residents abroad increased from $2 billion 501.2 million to $2 billion 508.6 million, and the Corporate Bonds holdings also increased from $148.4 million to $162.3 million.
