Petroleum Pipeline Inc. (BOTAS) reported that as of May, no changes were made to the sales tariff of gas used by residential and industrial subscribers and gas for electricity generation purposes.
According to the tariff table published on BOTAS’s website, the tariff for natural gas for residential and industrial subscribers, which will be valid in May, and the tariff for electricity production remained constant.
Accordingly, the sales price that BOTAS will apply to distribution companies for residential consumers in May was announced as ₺4080 for 1000 cubic meters of natural gas.
The tariff for industrial subscribers was determined as ₺8549 for 1000 cubic meters of natural gas for stage 1, and ₺11374 for stage 2.
In the tariff for electricity production, the price of 1000 cubic meters of natural gas was announced as ₺12 thousand.
Price tariffs for natural gas are calculated monthly.
In the announcement on the institution’s website, “Based on Household Energy Price Index (HEPI) prices, the lowest natural gas price in residences among European countries is applied in our country.”
