Demirtas Organized Industrial Zone Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (DOSABSIAD) Chairman Nilufer Cevikel participated in the Turkiye-Kyrgyzstan Business Forum program held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, and opened the doors of Central Asia for Turkish investors.
According to the news of Dunya newspaper, DOSABSIAD President Cevikel also had contacts with the President of the Kyrgyz Council of Ministers Kilitbek Caparov, Minister of Economy and Trade Daniyar Amangeldiyev, Turkiye’s Ambassador to Bishkek Ahmet Sadik Dogan and many state officials at the special dinner organized by Kyrgyz President Sadir Caparov.

Cevikel, who visited the factories operating in the Kyrgyzstan Free Zone and participated in B2B meetings organized within the scope of the program, shared the information that the region is suitable for investment and has tax advantages, as well as new demands in the textile industry. Cevikel said, “We observe that the demands for the textile sector in Kyrgyzstan are increasing.
This region’s suitability for investment and the tax advantages it provides offer an important opportunity for Turkish business people. In addition, during the meetings, we obtained detailed information about the business environment in the country and consulted with local administrators about opportunities for close cooperation. We will continue to provide all the support we can to our investors in order to make the best use of the opportunities offered by Kyrgyzstan.”
