Turkiye: An income of ₺253.5 billion is expected from fees next year

It is expected that ₺253 billion 506 million 501 thousand will come to the state’s coffers next year from the fees.

According to the 2024 Central Government Budget Law Proposal, the biggest contribution to the ₺253 billion 506 million 501 thousand fee revenues expected to be collected in the new year will come from title deed fees with ₺137 billion 101 million 272 thousand.

Those who buy and sell real estate will pay 54.1% of the fee expected to be collected next year.

It is estimated that the state will collect ₺33 billion 938 million 855 thousand of judicial fees in 2024. In addition, ₺3 billion 825 million 89 thousand of trade registry fee income, ₺506 million 878 thousand of trades registry fee income, and ₺29 billion 606 million 888 thousand of other judicial fee income are expected.

It is estimated that an income of ₺9 billion 852 million 593 thousand will be obtained from notary fees and ₺14 billion 494 million 645 thousand from passport and consular fees.

It is estimated that ₺8 billion 74 million 881 thousand will be provided to the budget from traffic fees.

In this period, it is planned to collect ₺339 million 624 thousand of ship and port fees, ₺1 billion 182 million 876 thousand of privilege, license and diploma fees, and ₺10 million 358 thousand of tax jurisdiction fees.

Next year, an income of ₺48 billion 511 million 397 thousand is expected to be provided under the title of “other fees”. Other fees include items such as international departure fee, which is estimated to be ₺2 billion 307 million 96 thousand, private security fees, which is ₺552 million 888 thousand, and Turkish international ship registry and tonnage fees, which are ₺170 million 39 thousand.
