Turkiye: “Banderol fee” decision on electronic goods

There has been no change in the banderol fees of electronic goods to be brought from abroad.

There has been no change in the banderol fees to be collected in 2024 for devices such as televisions, radios and mobile phones brought from abroad other than for commercial import purposes.

The Presidential Decision on the subject was published in the Official Gazette.

According to the decision, the banderol fees in euros included in the Presidential Decree published in 2019 for the products in question will also be valid next year.

In this context, a Turkish lira banderol fee of €8-80 for television, €1-2 for radio, €18 for video, €9-21 for television-based combined devices, and €7 for set-top media boxes and all kinds of satellite receivers will be charged. A Turkish lira banderol fee of €1-18 will be charged for radio-based combined devices, €2-15 for other devices that can receive visual and audio broadcasts, €20 for mobile phones, and €10 for computers will be charged.
