Our chemical industry, which provides input to other industries, is a strategically important industry that contributes to production and the growth of the economy. Therefore, it is of great importance to give priority to our sector, especially in incentives, support and investments.”

Pelister stated that the role of the chemical industry is great in Turkiye’s sustainable future and said:

“With this awareness, we act not only by thinking about our chemical industry but also by all sectors. We are implementing our Chemical Technology Center project in order to produce environmentally friendly, nature-friendly, high value-added products, and to create a holistic ecosystem with an understanding that leads the green transformation economy and digital transformation. We continue to produce and export with all our efforts in order to exceed our target of $50 billion export in 2030 with 16 sub-sectors from plastics to cosmetics, from pharmaceuticals to fertilizers, from rubber to paints and to achieve the permanent first place in exports.”
