Hafize Gaye Erkan, President of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT), evaluated the memorandum of understanding signed between the CBRT and the Bank of Spain to lay the groundwork for the development of cooperation on central banking issues.
Erkan, in her post on his X social media account, said that they had a productive meeting with his counterpart Pablo Hernandez de Cos within the scope of her one-day visit to Spain and that they signed a memorandum of understanding between the CBRT and the Bank of Spain.
Erkan said, “I hope that the 38th memorandum of understanding we have signed with foreign central banks will make a significant contribution to the economic relations between our countries.”
