
The total reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT) decreased by $1 billion 320 million in the week of April 7 compared to the previous week and decreased to $121 billion 103 million.
Weekly Money and Bank Statistics were published by the CBRT.
Accordingly, as of April 7, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank decreased by $1 billion 756 million to 68 billion 491 million. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of $70 billion 247 million on 31 March.
In the said period, gold reserves increased by $436 million from $52 billion 176 million to $52 billion 612 million.
Thus, the Central Bank’s total reserves decreased from $122 billion 423 million to $121 billion 103 million in the week of April 7, with a decrease of $1 billion 320 million compared to the previous week.
