Enerjisa Energy, which puts sustainability at the center of its strategy and produces projects to contribute to a smarter and greener world with a focus on people and technology, supported 51 projects under the scope of IVME and ITU Cekirdek by allocating ₺4.2 million.
Enerjisa Enerji, the leading distribution, retail sales and customer solutions company leading Turkiye’s energy transformation, continues its activities to encourage the realization of new projects and to support young entrepreneurs in new business areas. Supporting 51 startup projects within the scope of the ITU Cekirdek cooperation and the IVME Startup Acceleration Program carried out within its own body, Enerjisa Energy provided a total of ₺4.2 million financial support, including 30 for IVME and 21 for ITU Cekirdek.
‘KOZALAK’, one of these initiatives supported by Enerjisa Enerji, started to use the Fire Early Detection System for the early detection of forest fires in the Aegean Region for the first time. Thanks to the system, early detection and warning in forest fires, toxic, flammable and explosive gas detection can be made by measuring the air quality. Thus, fires that cause great destruction in forests will be prevented from spreading to large areas by early intervention. KOZALAK, one of the projects implemented by Enerjisa Enerji after the forest fires that had a wide impact in our country, was also appreciated internationally and was selected as the best in the field of Sustainability in the Ethics and Environmental Responsibility branch of the “Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility” category of the Communitas Awards.
The project that shapes the future of the energy industry: IVME
Thanks to the IVME program of Enerjisa Enerji, which provides support to initiatives that develop solutions for the sector, the commercialization and scaling of initiatives with product prototypes is supported, thus contributing to the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Within the scope of the project, financial support is offered to entrepreneurs during the product testing process. Eligible projects can be included in the national investment ecosystem of Enerjisa Distribution Companies Ayedas, Baskent Edas and Toroslar Edas and benefit from international energy sector connections such as Eurogia, Free Electrons and InnoEnergy.
Entrepreneurship story that turned into Turkiye’s first and fastest charging station network: ESARJ
On the other hand, Esarj, the venture idea owned and supported by Enerjisa Enerji, today serves as Turkiye’s first and fastest charging station network. Emphasizing that Esarj entrepreneurship story embodies Enerjisa Energy’s great support for innovative ideas, Enerjisa Enerji CEO Murat Pinar made the following statement:
“We started our entrepreneurship activities in 2015 in cooperation with ITU ARI Teknokent Cekirdek in order to support projects to be developed in the energy sector by realizing a first in Turkiye.
