This year, the Istanbul Economy Summit will be held at Ciragan Palace on December 8-9 with the theme of “Sustainable Life and Smart Cities”.
According to the statement made by the Istanbul Economy Summit Executive Board, the summit, in which Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Ersin Tatar are expected to attend, will be held under the main sponsorship of Koluman Automotive Industry Inc.
At the summit, which will be held for the 7th time this year at Ciragan Palace with the main theme of “Sustainable Life and Smart Cities”, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB) and Istanbul Economy Summit, Firuz Baglikaya, and the Chairman of the Executive Board of Istanbul Economy Summit, Abdullah Deger, will make the opening speech.
The following topics will be discussed at the Istanbul Economy Summit, which aims to explore the potential of sustainable practices and innovative technologies in shaping the future of urban environments and aims to “make a better world possible”:
“The economic situation of the world, adaptation to climate change, access to safe food, injustice in income distribution, to ensure that all people live in peace and prosperity, to improve life sustainably for future generations, gender equality and women’s empowerment, access to sustainable energy, efficient use of resources. The summit, which has become an important platform for global leaders, entrepreneurs, academics and experts to discuss global problems and propose feasible solutions, will focus on 12 different panels will be held on sustainable development, digital transformation, innovation, emerging markets, health, automotive, tourism, food, international trade and sustainable living. Istanbul Golden Values Awards will find their winners
Istanbul Golden Values Award Ceremony will be held on December 9 as part of the Istanbul Economy Summit.
The ceremony, where 13 institutions and individuals will be rewarded for their significant contributions in various fields, will host the 100th anniversary fashion show where the latest trends of famous designers will be exhibited.
