EasyCep, which entered the region in partnership with Azerconnect, one of the country’s leading communications brands, started its operations by purchasing consumers’ old phones and introducing them to the refurbished phone category. EasyCep made its first international expansion by starting its operations in Qatar at the beginning of this month.

EasyCep started to provide service in 19 exclusive stores of the telecom operator Nar, located in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, and Sumgayit and Khyrdalan, the other largest cities of the country. Thanks to the technological application it has developed, it carries the phone selling process to a professional and trust-oriented basis by making accurate, fast and transparent evaluations of the devices it will purchase from customers. EasyCep, which will also introduce Azerbaijani consumers to the advantageous world of refurbished phones, aims to reshape consumer preferences on the basis of sustainability.

Establishing its own online platform is among the goals of the brand, which plans to expand its presence in Azerbaijan in a short time by signing new collaborations.

The goal is to be a global player

Emphasizing that they will continue to evaluate opportunities in the nearby geography, EasyCep Founding Partner and CEO Mehmet Akif ÖOzdemir said in his statement;

“In the markets we enter, we see that consumers appreciate the advantages of the renewed phone and EasyCep’s transparent, reliable and comprehensive services. While we continue our international operations with Azerbaijan after Qatar, with the aim of becoming a global player, we aim to introduce other countries to EasyCep’s renewed device expertise and expand our market in the near future.”

EasyCep keeps existing products in use by offering refurbished electronic products and aims to reshape consumer preferences on the basis of sustainability. Thanks to the use of renewed electronic devices, carbon emissions resulting from new production are prevented and economic gains are also achieved.
