Youthall became Turkiye’s first artificial intelligence supported career platform

Youthall, the career platform for young people, has become Turkiye’s first artificial intelligence supported career platform with the ChatGPT integration developed by OpenAI. Unlike other career platforms, the platform, which adopts an innovative approach, has started to use artificial intelligence technology to help young people overcome the difficulties they face during the job or internship search process, and to help employers create more efficient postings.

Youthall, the youth career platform, continues to pioneer the use of innovative technologies to help young people in their careers. The platform, which broke new ground for this purpose, developed its technological infrastructure and became Turkiye’s first artificial intelligence supported career platform.

Using ChatGPT technology during the job posting and CV creation phase, Youthall examines the CVs prepared by the young people and brought to a certain level, upon the request of the person, thanks to this integration, and the development areas of the CV are determined by giving feedback by the system. In addition, it offers employers suggestions for areas such as posting annotation and required qualifications during the job posting process, and helps employers to make job postings more effective and understandable. Thanks to this development, Youthall aims to ensure that job postings reach more suitable candidates.

Candidates’ resumes will be developed by artificial intelligence

With this innovation, which is a very important step in facilitating the job search process of young people, the system will be able to add suggestions to the candidate’s “About” text of up to 1000 characters, with artificial intelligence-based integration, with the talents or hobbies that young job applicants will add to an “About” section of at least 100 characters. In this way, the “About” section will be developed with better expressions with the updates and regulations made by artificial intelligence technology.

Youthall Co-Founder and CEO Emre Aykan said the following;

“In addition, if candidates fill 85 percent of their resumes, feedback will be given thanks to ChatGPT’s natural language processing capabilities, and deficiencies and areas of improvement in their resumes will be identified. Thanks to this feedback, young people will be able to organize their CVs more effectively and achieve more successful results in their job applications. We believe that this development will be extremely beneficial for young people between the ages of 18-35 who are just starting or want to develop their careers, and will improve their job or internship search processes by facilitating them.”

Artificial intelligence will also reduce the time and effort employers spend in the recruitment process.

Thanks to the system that makes the process easier for employers; In the job posting process, after adding the post title and keywords, the artificial intelligence post description provided by the ChatGPT system will help employers to make their job postings more effective in a shorter time by providing suggestions for areas such as the desired qualifications. This feature will enable employers to reach more suitable candidates for job postings.

Aykan pointed out that the review of the CVs of the candidates, which are selected among the incoming applications and allowed by the system, and automatic feedback will make the recruitment process of the employers more effective; He stated that the profile of the candidate they will choose among the incoming applications can be examined with artificial intelligence and the employers will be given automatic feedback through the system.

In addition to the recruitment methods that can be carried out through Youthall, if the profiles of the candidates who have applied to the postings match the posting, the candidates can be evaluated for the interview processes more quickly and efficiently with the automation software available in the Candidate Tracking System. With the ChatGPT integration, employers can analyze the suitability of the candidate and receive suggestions about the candidate.

In this way, Aykan stated that they aim to reduce the time and effort that employers spend in the recruitment process:

“In addition, we anticipate that we will be able to pave the way for employers to have a better idea of their incoming candidate applications, thanks to the feedback we will provide. Our aim is to be a pioneer in a subject that is yet to be done in Turkiye and to make the recruitment processes of employers and the preparation of candidates’ CVs faster and easier with an innovative and agenda-following approach. Although we are currently using the 3.5 version of ChatGPT, we will provide different conveniences with the 4th version in the near future.”
