The terms of the New Housing Financing Program (New Home Campaign), which was initiated to make middle-income homeowners, have been clarified. The contribution will be made to those who will buy houses from projects that have not been sold before, that are owned by contractors, and that have not yet started and are under construction. For those who want to buy a new house, a 15-year loan will be given.
CREDIT TRANSACTIONS STARTED
In the My New Home Campaign, the maturity, interest, profit share rates, maximum housing and financing amounts, and details regarding the payment plan to be applied for the use of the Treasury contribution were determined. Banks started to carry out loan transactions as of yesterday, within the scope of applications that have started to be received since January 16. In the program, Istanbul was defined as the first region, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Mersin and Mugla as the second region, and the other provinces as the third region. Turkish citizens aged 18 and over will be able to benefit from the Treasury contribution and flexible payment application. In order to benefit from the program contributions and flexible payment plan, applicants must have paid at least 270 days of social security premium in the country within the last 1 year (including this date) from the date of housing financing application.
80-90% LOAN TO UNDER 5 MILLION HOUSINGS
The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) has updated the ratios of the loan amount compared to the value of the house taken as collateral in housing loans. According to the energy class, a maximum loan between 80 and 90% of the value can be used in first-hand houses with a value of less than ₺5 million. A maximum loan of 70 to 80% can be used in first-hand houses between 5 million and ₺10 million. In the first hand, between ₺10 million and ₺20 million, a maximum loan of 60 to 70% may be in question. For second-hand houses between ₺2 million and ₺5 million, the maximum amount will vary between 50-60%.
