BMW’s 5 Series, one of the most well-known and preferred models all over the world, is now in its eighth generation.
The four-cylinder 2-liter diesel engine used in the BMW 520d xDrive Sedan produces 197 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque.
In addition to the internal combustion diesel engine, the electric unit supporting the mild hybrid technology has 11 horsepower and 25 Nm of torque.
Combined with BMW’s 8-speed Steptronic transmission,the diesel engine with Mild Hybrid technology accelerates the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds.

The i5, the all-electric version of the BMW 5 Series, is planned to start the pre-order process in the last quarter of the year.
